Important survey!

Dear Students of the University of Opole,

The Office of Academic and Student Affairs invites you to take part in the evaluation survey of the delivery of teaching by the academic staff in the winter semester of the academic year 2021/2022.  

The survey applies to each academic teacher assessed separately for each course they teach, the evaluation of remote teaching (general questions), as well as the evaluation of employees of selected administrative units of our University.

We kindly ask you to complete two survey questionnaires:

Questionnaire I - The first part refers to the evaluation of courses taught by academic teachers, separately for each subject, and the second part refers to the evaluation of remote teaching at the Faculty (general questions).

Questionnaire II - evaluation of employees of selected administrative units of the University.

The survey is voluntary and anonymous, which means that after saving the completed survey in the database, no information enabling linking the answers given to the person filling in the survey questionnaire is retained. Only the ratings given to a given lecturer and the fact that the Student has completed a given questionnaire are recorded (therefore a completed questionnaire cannot be reopened again). The completed questionnaire is automatically sent, as confidential information, to the employee responsible for the survey in the Office of Academic and Student Affairs.

The completion time limit of the survey: from 28 January, 00:01 a.m. to 18 February 2022, 11:59 p.m.

The Office of Academic and Student Affairs kindly asks you to treat the survey as an important activity in our joint efforts to ensure that you can participate in classes delivered at a high organizational and content level, in a positive atmosphere and with satisfactory results.
