University of Opole Goes Green
The University of Opole is currently realizing a project: Thermo-modernisation and installing a renewable energy system – UO teaching building - Kominka 6, Opole. Thanks to the used technology the amount of air pollution is going to decrease.
The aim of this ecological project is to modernize the building in terms of energy efficiency and to install solar panels and solar heat exchanging systems, which will be connected to the existing installations. Due to the reduction of the use of energy coming from traditional sources the emission of pollution is to be reduced and at the same time the quality of the air in Opole Province will also improve.
