3rd Symposium on Weak Molecular Interaction
At the end of March, dozens of scientists from Austria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Japan, Germany, Hungary, and the leading Polish scientific centres will take part in a conference on the latest developments in both theoretical and experimental research in the field of weak molecular interactions. One of the main points will be to show the role of molecular modelling in explaining and predicting properties and processes in nanotechnology and biotechnology, both in the case of liquids and solids in biological systems and material science.
At the same time, the conference will be an excellent opportunity to exchange experience, establish new contacts and develop research cooperation. The current conference is a continuation of an earlier meetings in Pecs in 2013, organized by Professor Sándor Kunsági-Máté (University of Pecs, Hungary) and in Tokyo in 2015 (Professor Koichi Iwata, Gakushuin University).
During the conference, a number of presentations will be given within the framework of the ‘Young Scientists’ Sessions’. The conference will be held in Opole Groszowice - from 27 to 29 March 2017. The Symposium has been organized by the Department of Physical Chemistry and Molecular Modelling of the Faculty of Chemistry of the University of Opole, University of Pécs, Pécs, Hungary, Gakushuin University, Tokyo, Japan, and the Villa-Park Hotel-Restaurant, Opole, Poland.
