Doctoral School - Admissions Schedule

Appointment of the chairperson of the Admissions Committee - by March 31, 2022.

Issuance of a regulation by the Rector of the University of Opole on the limit of admissions to the doctoral school and the list of places allocated to individual scientific disciplines in which admissions to the doctoral school is conducted for the academic year 2022/2023 - by March 31, 2022.

Appointment of members of the Admissions Committee (four representatives from each discipline in which the University of Opole is authorized to award the doctoral degree and in which admissions are conducted) - by June 15, 2022.

Dates of registration in the IRK system - from June 1 to July 22, 2022.

Dates of submitting documents - from August 8 to August 22, 2022.

The deadline for submitting documents specified in this schedule, i.e.  August 22, 2022, is the final date. Documents submitted after this date shall be returned to the candidate without considering.

Place of submitting documents - Office of the Doctoral School of the University of Opole, 45-060 Opole, Katowicka 87a (4th floor, room 5.3 or 5.4).

Dates of  interviews - from 5 to 9 September 2021.

There will be a separate date for each discipline. Individual dates will be announced in the IRK and on the website of the University of Opole.

Announcement of lists of persons admitted in the IRK and on the website of the University of Opole - September 12, 2022.

Announcement of refusal decisions - September 12, 2022

Deadline for submitting a request for reconsideration - 14 days from the date of delivery of the decision of refusal.

Deadline for considering a request for reconsideration - 30 days from the date of submitting the request.
