Open Day at UO
Are you interested in studying at the UO? Come and meet us!
We are delighted to invite you to the Open Day at the University of Opole, which will take place on 24 October 2023.
This is a great opportunity for you to get to know the university better, discover the UO's educational paths and meet our lecturers and students.
The main core of the event will take place at the UO Campus, in the building at 48 Oleska St. From 9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m., there will be a series of short lectures, dynamic workshops, as well as games for young people and meetings with representatives of the faculties. You will be able to take part in classes on soft skills, led by outstanding experts.
The agenda has been prepared so that you can decide for yourself how you want to get to know our university. Upon entering the building at 48 Oleska Street, you will find an information desk. On the first floor you will find the halls, where soft skills classes and 20-minute lectures will take place simultaneously. The lobby of the first floor is also the location of the stands of our 12 faculties and the student union, where you will be able to talk to them and find out what they have to offer.
The second-floor lobby is the place for workshops organised by the research groups. You will have an opportunity to learn surgical suturing, get your eyesight checked or try your hand at journalism, among other things.
A chill-out area with refreshments will also be provided.
After 12 p.m., there will be an opportunity to visit a selected faculty of our Alma Mater.
