The email address for the University of Opole which must be entered in the application for a temporary residence permit submitted via the Case Management Module (MOS) is:
A special attachment, which must be completed and signed electronically by the person responsible at the University of Opole, will be sent to this address. This is essential for the application to be processed further.
The University is required to complete the attachment within 30 days. Once it has been signed, you will receive an email stating: “The application is now ready to be submitted”. You will only be able to submit your application for a temporary residence permit once the University has completed the online form.
