Dr Agata Mroczek representing UO at Erasmus+ event

The information meeting ‘Erasmus+ and Higher Education’ took place on 27 February 2025 on the premises of the Opole University of Technology. The event brought together representatives of HEIs interested in international cooperation and funding opportunities for academic projects under the Erasmus+ programme. One of the speakers was Dr Agata Mroczek from the Faculty of Health Sciences at the University of Opole.

Dr Agata Mroczek was invited as an expert specialising in writing grant applications for ‘Cooperation Partnerships’ (KA220) projects. In her presentation, she shared practical tips on how to effectively prepare project applications, manage international consortia and implement innovative teaching solutions in higher education.

The programme of the event included expert presentations on international partnerships and good practices in the implementation of Erasmus+ projects, tips for academic institutions on how to prepare effective applications, as well as a Q&A session with experts. The event was organised by the National Agency for the Erasmus+ Programme, and the European Solidarity Corps and the Erasmus+ InnHUB.

Currently, Dr Agata Mroczek is in charge of two international projects at the Faculty of Health Sciences. The first is entitled “Innovative education of medical and health sciences students, resulting from better adaptation of the didactic offer with regard to the health needs of pregnant and postpartum women”, and the second “A European Collaborative and Innovative Partnership to Promote Physical Activity for Patients with Chronic Respiratory Conditions”.
