Prof. Rafał Riedel from the Institute of Political Science and Administration at the University of Opole has been reappointed to the panel of experts of the European Research Council (ERC).
In the past, Prof. R. Riedel served as a reviewer and expert in numerous ERC competitions as well as various other international and national research institutions.
He has held numerous research fellowships in Austria, Germany, Norway and Switzerland, including some of the most prestigious research institutions such as the University of Oslo, the Diplomatische Akademie in Vienna, JGU Mainz, Sankt Gallen University and ETH Zurich.
His research interests focus on the political economy of European integration. He is currently leading an NCN research project analysing the dynamics and determinants of differentiated integration in the post-Brexit Europe.
