The Office, fulfilling the function of PMO (Project Management Office), provides administrative support to project applicants and managers, and supervises work on the correct submission and settlement of applications for external funding.<\/p><p>The organisation of\u00a0the work of\u00a0the Office and cooperation with other organisational units of\u00a0the University is\u00a0based on\u00a0process management. That is, all activities are reflected in\u00a0prepared process flows, with the roles, activities and relationships of\u00a0all process participants described.
