Admissions Schedule 2018/2019

Online registration of candidates commences on 18 April 2018.

Online registration of candidates for full-time first and long cycle programmes ends on 09 July 2018, and the registration for second cycle programmes ends on 17 July 2018.

Online registration for all part-time programmes ends on 24 July 2018, except for the registration for second cycle programmes of English Philology and Germanische Philologie, which ends on 18 September 2018 and entrance exams take place on 20 September 2018.

The list of candidates admitted to first and long cycle programmes will be announced on 13 July 2018 together with a list of candidates qualified for admission in place of candidates who have resigned (reserve list). All admitted and qualified candidates should deliver the required documents to given Admissions Committees by 21 July 2018. Documents can be delivered between 16 and 21 July on weekdays between 9.00 and 15.00 and on Saturday between 9.00 and 12.00. Failure to deliver documents by 21 July causes an automatic removal of a given candidate from the list.

The list of candidates qualified for the second cycle programmes will have been announced by 19 July and the required documents can be submitted between 20 and 25 July on weekdays between 9.00 and 15.00, and on Saturday between 9.00 and 12.00

The list of candidates qualified for part-time programmes will have been announced by 22 July 2015 and the documents must be delivered by 25 July 2018.

No documents will be accepted before 13 July.

If the limit for admissions has not been achieved, there will be an additional admissions round starting on July 10 for full-time programmes and on  July 25, 2015 for part-time programmes.  This time all documents must be delivered right after registration and payment of the registration fee. Admission will be based on the ‘first come, first served’ rule and any delay in delivery of the required documents can mean failure to be admitted. Information on the additional round of admissions will be available in the Admissions section.
